Some kinds of mixed feelings i have this few days. I gg to KL nxt wk. One part of me is happy and the other is sad because i will be gg on the 26th Nov, then my mum birthday was on the 28th Nov. The saddest thing is she's not gg! Although my mum wouldn't mind that much but i would!!! Sigh... I made a very huge improvement in myself by not think so much. I found a new solution! It works! It works! I can't believe it after last few mths of suffering. Finally i found a new path to walk just hoping not to drop out of the path again. Nightmare at night becoming lesser and lesser probably due to the divertion of my focus by manupulating of my mind.
